How to set language in windows XP for Microsoft Word 2003?

I went on start to all programms, microsoft word, language, from available

to enable, but when I started with new language, transfered to english when push mouse or keyboard.I changed and all from beginning, always english.How to set language in windows XP for Microsoft Word 2003?
For WIndows XP users:



Click on START.

Then Programs.

Then Microsoft Office.

Then Microsoft Office Tools.

Then Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings.



Here you can choose the language that you like and SET it as the DEFAULT Language for all components of Microsoft Office 2003, including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
